William I had to chsnge plans due to health problem this company haa wenr way over there need to arrnge me to get from the mainland to bangkok rather than the island i had been staying on they all so refunded me for tickets i had bought that i did not need becuse of there help. I did not evevn ask for a refund i just got confirmatuion email.
