Bangkok / Hua Lamphong

The 12Go pickup point is located opposite Hua Lamphong Railway station (it's only 3 minutes walk from there).

Please take the MRT (Subway) exit number 1. Our offices are 30 meters from the subway exit inside the DOB Building on the ground floor.

We operate from ~ 09:00 to ~ 19:00 every day. If your departure is in the early morning or late at night, please make an appointment or pick your tickets up a day before.

We are, however, usually there until the last boarding pass is collected (this is why we appreciate it if you let us know if you are not coming at all).

If you are in a hurry (like arriving on a late flight) and need your tickets in front of the train - please let us know, too.

It is very easy to find (just walk across the junction or, better, walk via MRT underground passage to exit #1 - it is safer and air-conditioned).

At this location, you can:

• pick or print tickets
• visit places around (like Wat Trimit temple or Chinatown)
• have some rest with free aircon, coffee, and Wi-FI
• recharge your devices

Bangkok / Chatuchak MRT Station

Our second 12Go pickup point is located in Metro Mall, a shopping and service zone at MRT Chatuchak. The office opens daily from 09:00 to 20:00 (9 a.m. to 8 p.m.)

At this location, you can:

• Pick up the tickets and/or print your vouchers
• Restaurants and Coffe shops are available
• Visit nearby shopping places (Such as Chatuchak Weekend Market
  and Chatuchak Plaza)
• Recharge your devices

Please note that we do not provide storage room for your luggage.

Bangkok / Makkasan (Temporarily closed)

Address: Makkasan Airport Rail Link Station, Bangkok, Thailand

At this location, you can:

• book with us
• print your vouchers
• recharge your devices
• get a cold water

On the ground floor, you can find the 12Go Transport bus station. Take the escalator in the air-conditioned Express Train building down to the ground floor. We have daily morning departures to Ayutthaya, Hua Hin, Kanchanaburi, and Pattaya.

We do not provide storage room for your luggage.

Chiang Mai / Bossotel

The Bossotel is located opposite Chiang Mai Railway station, about 60 meters on the right side when you leave the railway station.

You are able to collect tickets at the reception 24 hours every day of the week. We recommend collecting your ticket at least 1 hour before the departure time.

There is a food court inside the station. These restaurants are cheap, and they sell take-away boxes of food and bottled water.

You can store your luggage at the counter inside the train station, on the left side of the entrance. This service comes with a small fee, depending on the size of your baggage.

Ayutthaya / Ayutthaya’s Parcel Room

The ticket pick-up point is located inside Ayutthaya’s train station, at the parcel room.

As you enter the station, the Freight & Parcels Office is about halfway up the left-hand side of Platform 1.

The office is open 24 hours every day. We recommend collecting your ticket at least 1 hour before departure time.

To collect your boarding passes, you need to show your passport for identification.

Ayutthaya railway station is located outside the historic town center. It is a 4.5 km walking distance from the historical park, on the other side of Pa Sak river.

Suratthani / Phantip 1970’s Office

Address: Highway 4008, Amphoe Phunphin, Chang Wat Surat Thani 84130

The ticket pick-up point is located about 100 meters on the left side of the main entrance of the railway station. (2 minutes walking from the station).

The office operates from 4.00 AM – 9.00 AM in the morning and 3.00 PM - 8.00 PM (15:00 - 20:00) in the evening every day. We recommend you collect tickets during working hours.

There are a cafe and a few small shops selling drinks and snacks, a 7-Eleven, a Family Mart, and an ATM machine within 100 meters of the station.

Railway Station / Parcels Office

If you have booked a Thai Railway ticket for a train which is not departing from Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal in Bangkok, we can send your boarding passes to the parcel office inside the Railway Station that you’re going to depart from.

An additional cost has to be charged for this service and you can select either the parcel room delivery service or the Thai Post shipping option (EMS) to your hotel. EMS cannot be used for hotels on islands!
We also can offer international shipping with DHL as registered mail. This service costs extra money (depending on the destination), and the tickets will reach you within a few weeks (estimated 2-3 weeks). It is recommended to pick up the tickets in Bangkok or have them shipped to a parcel office.
