Got the VIP sleeper bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Seats were comfortable, reclined (not all the way back). They turned off the lights so I slept well, new blanket provided, toilets clean. Would recommend.

Left on time, they served dinner and breakfeast you could buy. The dinner was okay, but the breakfeast was not. The seats were fine, but when it was made to a bed, the bed was really hard. Overall a fun experience and a great way to travel.

The bus arrived a bit late then the designated time but it had our reservation and after that it was all very fast. We got in the bus and went to pier, in the pier there was another check point where we needed to show the pdf. The boat left shortly after we arrived and in 2h we were in Koh Phi Phi

Reclining seats, USB charging ports, blanket, water and snack provided. Left and arrived about half an hour later than expected, but I didn’t mind since I wasn’t on a set schedule. Counter to buy tickets or check-in is now number 32 just before you walk inside the terminal, not the counters listed in the description.
