Our bus was confirmed, but it didn't exist.
We had to call several times the agency, insisting that we were waiting at the bus stop. We've been told that the bus we reserved was at 13.30, while we booked it at 8 am.
Eventually, they sent us a car to join another bus leaving from Da Nang (we were leaving from Hoi An).
We arrived in Hué with only one hour and a half of delay, but we were upset at how they handled the situation on the phone: they kept hanging up after saying "bus coming", with no excuses or explaination.
We took the bus with this company other times during our journey in Vietnam and it always went well, so we would recommend the agency anyway.
I was contacted by the provider on WhatsApp to arrive at the bus stop 40 minutes early as they were hoping to leave early too, so I cut my plans short to arrive. Then I waited 30 minutes for a bus, was told to board a sleeper to Hue by the driver, and then kicked off the bus for being on the wrong one. Got a minibus to another rest stop where they put us on a sleeper and instead of having my own bed they put me in with someone else which was uncomfortable and awkward. Half an hour later, the assistant to the driver came down then bus, asked my name, then moved me to an empty bag which had been mine the whole time. Also, I should have checked the drop-off point but it's nowhere near Hue, so I had to get a taxi for 30 minutes just to reach my hotel in the centre.
First drive from hoi an : the 4x4 was full and I was sitting in the middle with… à brocken seatbelt. I was really uncomfortable with this situation. The drive from Da Nang was perfect.

The bus arrived to collect us and dropped us in Hue perfectly on time. The seats are not as comfortable as they look in the mini buses, but they do have USB chargers which was great!
The big irritating part with this trip was that about 20 mins from Hue, the bus driver pulled into a random service station and told us we need to change to another minibus to continue the last 20 mins of the journey with no explanation as to why, and then he drove off and we got into the second minibus which brought us to the arrival point in Hue 20 mins later. Very odd and frustrating.
The transfer was excellent - one of the most comfortable and fast 👍
the van was new, came to the station before starting the journey, seats are perfect ( even with massager , so you can relax during your trip)
driver was polite, drove very nice
we had one stop do restroom, came to Ninh Binh on time 🔥

We went to Da Nang first crammed with 6 people into a car, changed there for the van before changing to another van outside of Hue. Also made a lunch break of 20+ minutes just 20 minutes away from Hue. Arrived about 45 minutes late. And thats triple the price of a bus. :(
