The bus element was fine but the speedboat was completely cramped every single seat + more was full of passengers which meant for a really uncomfortable journey . I am dreading the journey from lipe to Phuket :(
A little stress at the airport. We see a 12go shuttle and the driver told us he is full and another shuttle will come. Finally it was not a 12go shuttle but "Asia" brand. I had to look at all guides

Combined speed boat and minivan was not really good idea.
We arrived at Hat Yai Rail Station and have been waiting the driver for almost two hours and the speed boat was late.
The company made everything easy, all packaged into one service. So since our flight arrived too late to take this service directly afterwards, we stayed at Signature hotel at Hat Yai for a night and got picked up at the hotel instead of the airport ( hotel is right next to airport). The van right was comfortable with air conditioning and just two other passengers besides my girlfriend and I. When we got to the pier, driver brought us to nearby location to get our vouchers for the speedboat. We waited for about half a hour before boarding started. Everyone gave the crew their luggages to put in the front and we all lined up and boarded according to our ticket number. Seats were first come first keep. Body was crowded but manageable. Boat ride was comfortable enough, but bumpy. Sit in back for a better view, but only if you don't get seasick.

All great, They contact us by whatssup to remind pick up time, Van driver is good and pick up on time. When at jetty got agent guide you and waiting time is on time.
The experience with this transport agency was very disappointing. The driver was extremely rude and kept shouting at passengers throughout the journey, treating us quite poorly. At one point, we had fallen asleep, and instead of waking us politely when he wanted us to move seats, he started clapping loudly and yelling at us.
He also stopped during the trip to have a drink and smoke, leaving us waiting inside the van. On more than two occasions, he had to brake suddenly to avoid a collision, which made the ride feel unsafe.
To make matters worse, he did not drop us off at the bus station as promised. Instead, he took us to an agency where they appeared to mislead customers into paying high prices for transfers to their hotels.
Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
