The bus element was fine but the speedboat was completely cramped every single seat + more was full of passengers which meant for a really uncomfortable journey . I am dreading the journey from lipe to Phuket :(

Combined speed boat and minivan was not really good idea.
We arrived at Hat Yai Rail Station and have been waiting the driver for almost two hours and the speed boat was late.
Trip was quick and effortless, highly recommend. They have a kiosk at hat yai airport at the pick up, exit 8. Ferry drivers found us and loaded our luggage, arrived earlier than expected.
All great, They contact us by whatssup to remind pick up time, Van driver is good and pick up on time. When at jetty got agent guide you and waiting time is on time.
