Houve alguma confusão na saída de kao sok, fui colocada em uma van que saiu 40 minutos depois do previsto e que ia parando em vários pontos pela estrada pegando mais passageiros. Mas ok, cheguei até a agência da phantip e de lá peguei um ônibus pro ferry. O ônibus era quente e cheirava mal. Só que aí o motorista do ônibus me deixou no local errado do pier. Quando eu descobri isso e consegui chegar no lugar certo, o barco já havia partido e eu precisei esperar por mais 4 horas até o próximo barco sair.

El primer minibús desde Khao Sok estaba demasiado lleno de gente y mochilas. Nos dijeron que nos sentáramos en la parte de atrás, por lo que las mochilas se nos clavaban y no había mucho espacio para los pies, ya que las mochilas también se ponían debajo del asiento. El autobús de Surat Thani era mucho mejor. Autobús más grande, mochilas debajo del autobús y aire acondicionado. Nos dejaron justo antes del embarcadero y tuvimos que coger un tren-bus hasta el embarcadero que, de nuevo, estaba demasiado abarrotado y tuvimos que perder dos trenes porque los autobuses no paraban de llegar y la gente se subía. No había ningún orden. El ferry estaba bien, habitaciones con aire acondicionado si las buscabas en la parte delantera.
Una vez que llegamos a Surat Thani tuvimos que esperar más de una hora al siguiente autobús, así que si tienes hambre asegúrate de ir a la tienda de esta parada. No tuvimos tiempo en el puerto de ferry ya que para cuando nos subimos a un tren autobús ya estábamos embarcando en el ferry ya que el segundo autobús también llevaba casi media hora de retraso.

The first mini bus from Khao Sok was too crowded with people and backpacks. We were told to sit at the very back so had backpacks digging into us and not much room for our feet as backpacks were also put under the seat. The bus from Surat Thani was much better! Bigger bus, backpacks underneath the bus and working aircon. We got dropped off just before the pier and has to take a bus train to the pier that again was too overcrowded and we had to miss two trains as buses kept arriving and people jumping on. There was no order to it. Ferry was good, aircon rooms if you went looking for them at the front.
Once we reached Surat Thani we had to wait over an hour for the next bus so if you are hungry make sure you take a trip to the shop at this stop. We had no time at the ferry port as by time we got on a bus train we were boarding the ferry as the second bus was almost half an hour late too.

The driver from Khao Sok to Surat Thani was constantly on his phone. I didn't always feel safe. In addition the car was too hot, the AC didn't work properly.

First part of the trip was in an overcrowded minivan with luggage. That was really uncomfortable and not safe in case of anyrhing would happen. The 2nd en 3rd part in a big bus and ferry was fine.

All great and on time, only problem was that we were told to go to the pier which had an earlier boat departing from it than the one we were meant to get. You’d think that’s a bonus but as some of the family went straight away to the pier when called, and one came 5 mins after, in that time the boat had departed (as it was an earlier boat) and we were separated for the trip. All ok in the end and reunited in koh phangan but I think operator needs to explain that there are multiple boats if sending people to the pier early and there is a risk of not being on the right boat.
