I just completed the Pattaya to Koh Phangan route with TravelBusAsia, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Let me share my actual experience.
Booking Was Dead Simple
I booked through 12Go about a week before my trip. What I loved most? No hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout. Everything was laid out clearly—ticket price, taxes, booking fees—so I knew exactly what I was paying. No nasty surprises.
The Bus Itself
When I first saw the bus, I was impressed. This wasn't some beaten-up coach. The seats were genuinely comfortable with plenty of legroom (and I'm 6'1", so that matters to me).
