Bus was over booked so we had to wait an hour for the next - bus stop is far away from most popular tourist areas so need another 15-20 min grab to get to accommodation in Ninh Binh

First when we arrive to the vehicle, we were already sited but they look for more people and because one of the last passenger was taler than me, the put me on the seat of front where is the driver, that seats are not supposed to be used be passenger because it doesn't give you the same conform as the ones for passenger in the back..so that makes my trip uncomfortable the all time. THEN when we arrive and the driver suppose to leave us as a gas station...he just left us somewhere in town. That was very inrresponsable.

I used the services for a transfer from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ninh Binh and proved very professional, on time. My homestay was quite secluded and the driver went out of his way to find it and drop me there. They were super on time despite Hanoi was mental due to rain. I will definitely use them again.

We’ve arrived on time but the organisation in the beginning was awful, we were picked up which was nice of them, but after we were picked up, I’ve received another two more messages saying that the driver was waiting for us in the hotel lobby, which made us think we were being kidnapped at a certain point. Once we arrived in Ninh Binh, we had to change one more time to another van, so that made the 3rd time changing vehicles in one single drive. But in the end we made it on time

Driver left us in middle of street full of water. He didn't leave us in the hotel. Other cars were crossing and motorbikes too but he refused. We arrived to the hotel walking between the water.
