Pick up point was wrong, they had to send us a taxi Our name was not on the driver list, we had to solve this problem The real bus company is queen cafe bus, which has really old bus. The seats can not move anymore, the electronics things like the remote controller for the seat or the TV are broken The seats are really small for the legs And finally, the bus driver drive really fast, but we managed to arrive 1h30 late

At first, they sent us a pick-up location that was 300m from the point where the bus actually stopped and. They gave us the actual pick-up point shortly before the departure and we had to move there in a sudden hurry with full luggage in rain. The bus that picked us up was of the good standard. It was in accordance to the pictures attached to the offer (we intentionally paid more to get VIP conditions). However, after we had settled down a guy from the staff came to us and said that we shortly need to switch the bus. After half an hour we had to pack ourselves up and get on the other bus. The other bus was terrible. It was not even close to the bus on the pictures attached to the offer. The seats were narrower. Overall it was very dirty, pillows and blankets, if present at all, were stinky as if they had never been washed. The vents were broken so that they we were not able to close them up. When we complained about it to the staff they fix them by sticking a plastic bag into vents. The bottom line is, we believe we paid for the bus we were in at first but for some reason they moved us to the other bus of a lower standard.

Great trip! Exchanging the voucher for tickets was very easy. Staff were helpful. Train carriage was clean, beds were clean, toilets were pretty good for a train. We even got some snacks, water, ... overall a great experience!

Im still confused re departure time. Fortunately I was picked up from my hotel and dropped at the bus stop for 17.45.and the bus departed. My e ticket clearly said 18.45.. The pick up guy was a pleasure. We chatted on the bike. He rCed me to the bus drop off. I checked with driver, thru google translate, told him my ticket 18.45. My name was on his list. For 17.45. I'm still puzzled. But happy to be on bus. The support service via email was excellent. And replied instantly.

I bought a ticket for 17.00 departure, but wasn't picked up until 17.45. When the coach did arrive the staff seemed confused about my ticket and needed to phone their office to confirm before letting me on. Communication via WhatsApp was great throughout this time. We then spent the next hour picking up at various other points in the city which I've come to expect. The seat was comfortable and clean, if not slightly short for me at 172cm. USB charging point worked and seatbelt worked. The toilet was reasonably clean. No WiFi and the seat was not able to sit more upright so needed to lie the whole time. Dropped off 1.5 hours early which was difficult was a solo female traveler at 6am. Overall a good experience and would book again.

Even though we originally booked 2 lower births in a cabin. After a couple of stops the guard insisted that I moved to the upper birth to allow a lady to have the lower one. But the upper birth was comfortable once I had managed to get up there. The guard knocked on the door to let us know that our station was next and directed us to our exit.

first-class compartment is overpriced. For more than 130$ you have very poor breakfast and hot soft drinks and beer (that should be cold actually), no toiletries, no towel, even no trainman in our coach. AC works well. Toilet is clear. Wifi is promised but doesn't work.

We are 2hours late. Driver stop every 2 hours for do nothing. Was smoking inside the bus whole night. It was disgusting for everyone but he doesn’t care. We paid extra money for a bus confortable and it wasn’t. No wifi. Not recommend!
