No communication. We stood outside the airport for 40 minutes after being told they were close. Then drove an hour in a car before getting to the bus. The bus was comfortable but the ac was not on enough. 2 hours sweating. Then switched to a van for hotel drop-off at an extra charge.

Driver arrived very late and nobody informed us about the delay, we had to call ourselves to ensure someone was coming. Indicated transport time was 2h, it took like 3h drive + the 50 minutes delay, which can be explained by holiday season, but at least they should have kept us informed. The main vehicle was comfortable enough but half of the trip we were freezing.

We arrived an hour later than planed because we started late and picked Up a lot of people on the way. Also when we got droped off at the Limousine the driver did not let in us right away, we had to wait 10 min in the rain with our luggage and He was Just chilling inside his vehicle on His Phone.
