Horrible experience, there was no mini van or mini bus . It was a shared tuktuk transfer to the bus stop and then a bus takes you to phuket. The bus stopped multiple times and I reached after 4.5 hours. I was picked up at 9 and dropped at 1:40pm

No Information. We booked a Minivan from Ao Nang nach Phuket but the Minivan stoppt at Krabi Town at the Bus Terminal and we Must get out without and Information. We Must wait over an Hour bevor a Bus take is to Phuket.

It took almost 5 hours without any particular problems. The 3.5 hours indicated as the estimated time is simply too optimistic, probably never respected.

During booking the trip it was mentioned that bus gonna be comfortable minivan. The minivan actually came to pick me up from hotel, but he just drop me to bus station and I need to wait 50 min outside for another bus. They brought very old bus with very small leg space which cause pain to sit there. The luggage was placed in the middle of aisle, so you cant even keep legs out to rest the knee pain. I sat on single sit, than driver forced me to sit in the front on double sit with another person. When I asked him why I cant sit alone where I feel comfortable, he was very rude and shouting back.
