Booked through the website so I believe the driver doesn’t get your phone number but we stayed in the hotel lobby and he came and asked around to see who was on his trip. Showed him confirmation and we hopped on. A couple more pick ups and then straight to Phukhet airport from Krabi. Took no longer than 3hrs. Read other reviews that you get swapped to a bus but that didn’t happen for us. We just stayed in the van the whole time. It does get a bit warm since A/c can only be so strong but very bearable and everyone fell asleep. Would recommend for an easy transfer

The driver came even 20 min before the time. Everything was nice and non problematic. Straight from my hostel to the Phuket airport, also to the right terminal (driver asked if my flight is in the country or outside) :)

Horrible experience, there was no mini van or mini bus . It was a shared tuktuk transfer to the bus stop and then a bus takes you to phuket. The bus stopped multiple times and I reached after 4.5 hours. I was picked up at 9 and dropped at 1:40pm

No Information. We booked a Minivan from Ao Nang nach Phuket but the Minivan stoppt at Krabi Town at the Bus Terminal and we Must get out without and Information. We Must wait over an Hour bevor a Bus take is to Phuket.
