The trip with Giant Ibis was perfect. The bus was really clean and the seat was also comfortable. They also provided some snacks and lunch box. The bus had no toilet but it was fine because they stopped 3 times at the gas station. So, all passengers could go to the toilet or relax.

We have left Siem Reap on time in a mini Van very comfortable and clean. We have stopped around 3 times one of them to pass through immigration in the border. Luckily for us immigration process was super quick because there was no queue. It took around 15minutes or less to do all the process (you have to leave the Van and take your stuff with you and then pass immigration on Cambodian side and then the Thai side..the you have to walk to try to find the Van again). The trip took around 8h20 because the driver had to pass to airport and other places to leave some other users. Overall it was way better than I was expecting!

I booked this for the Siem Reap - Bangkok routine and had an excellent experience. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend. We had a particularly difficult passenger on our bus, who was very aggressive and threatening with the staff. She threatened to "ruin the company" if they didn't violate border policies and carry all her belongings for her. If you see this woman's reviews, please note that the staff were absolutely amazing and the service was completely faultless. They were very polite and accommodating to everyone on board. The staff showed nothing but patience throughout and did their best to keep everyone on board happy - even in the face of extreme demands and frankly ridiculous behaviour of another passenger who did not understand or appreciate or respect the rules of the Cambodia/Thailand land border, despite careful explanations of policy from the staff. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They constantly checked on other passengers to ensure everyone was okay. We were well-informed throughout the journey, and everything ran seamlessly. The food on board was simple but tasty, and we actually arrived earlier than expected. The staff offered to drop me off closer to the airport rather than go all the way to Khao San. This was so helpful and a nice little touch. I would definitely use this service again, and having used them, other bus companies simply cannot compare!

Overall a seamless experience. The people who work for the van company were really helpful when we reached the Thai border and waited patiently for us on the other side as it was quite an arduous process getting through immigration. The journey was smooth and the van we took was air conditioned and had WiFi. The van company also gave us free water and pastries at the start which was a nice touch :)

This was the perfect company to travel to Bangkok from Siem Reap with! Every step of the journey was explained clearly by our host Alex which made it a very easy and seamless process to cross the border. Food was included, as was wifi and a toilet on board. I would recommend!

Everything was decent but when they dropped us off at the border there were zero instructions so everyone was kind of waiting around not realising we had to go past another border check then meet them at a bus terminal about 100m down the road. Took us a little time to work that out but we got there in the end.

With the help of Party and team everything was smooth, every step was explained very well. The journey was pleasant. We was provided with water, a breakfast pastry, lunch from a few options (Pad Thai was tasty) and unlimited coffee. There was a toilet onboard and wifi.

Things to remember: Note that some of the airlines may have restrictions on checked luggage weight or require paying extra for check-in, choosing seats or transportation of oversized luggage.
