The seats weren’t bad and it was nice and cool and the driver was great and driving at a consistent speed. I’m honestly mostly really angry that one of the workers who took my bag, ripped it because they held it in the wrong place. I had a gift in the top (which were really nice and expensive biscuits) and when I looked they were all gone!! There must’ve been some rats or something where the bags were kept. The food where we stopped off at 10pm was rubbish and as an English person I had no idea how much time we had there or what food we could have!

The bus was freezing due to the air conditioning. I asked twice to turn it down but nothing. Result: we both had a bad cold for the all holiday.

My trip origination location was Phuket . The website did not disclose that I had to go Surathani first so I assumed direct bus ride to Bangkok. The ride to Surathani was awful the bus airconditioning was malfunctioning the driver made several stops to repair shops to remedy . That makes me think the first bus had deferred maintenance issues to make time he drove like a maniac the route was flat was windy these high profile vehicles have high gravity tipping points so it was a uncomfortable ride.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. I was nervous after reading other people’s reviews. I’m actually glad that I got to see for myself. I’m a solo traveler from the US. I paid for the VIP service which included the meal. I did not eat the food and if you’re not hungry or prefer not to eat the food, you can get a free drink. The bus was very clean. They provide a nice blanket, a handful of snacks and two drinks, which I did not expect, but I was very grateful. There is a toilet on the bus. There was about five passengers total. It was a very quiet yet bumpy bus ride. The charging port did work for me. The seats go back further than I expected my leg rest was the only thing that didn’t really go up as far as I thought it would, but that was fine. I was overall still comfortable. We had to stop a total of three times the two times were so the driver could drop off a paper at a pointing stop. It only took less than five minutes then we were back on the road at 2 AM is when we stopped for the meal in just to stretch out our legs if we wanted then by 2:30 we was back on the road. I will say for a more comfortable ride bring a neck pillow. I put my blanket over my head and slept like a baby. It does get very cold so I do recommend you wear a jacket or a sweater but other than that I definitely recommend this bus company I cannot speak for the other companies, but this was my first time and hopefully not my last.

Overall good experience, A/C was working well. A blanket was provided. Departure was punctual. The seats were folding, but stiff. On the second floor, it rattled during the ride.

Smooth ride. Chairs are pretty uncomfortable for that long. I would suggest bringing a small pillow for your neck and another small blanket for the back of your knees. They provide a blanket.
