We bought the tickets with departure from a city point not the bus terminal. When we arrive there, the point didn’t have any type of signal and people at nearby stores weren’t aware at all if there was a stop. We waited for almost one hour until we decided to leave to the bus station and buy a new ticket. This because we didn’t even know if the bus had passed but not stopped in the place showed in the PDF. At the station they took us to the operator office, then they realized about us and that there was a stop in the way rather than from the office, and informed us that the bus was one hour late and that would depart in other 30mins. We didn’t receive any answer via WhatsApp, it was impossible to call cause we don’t speak local language, there was no update on the late departure and the name showed in the pdf didn’t even exist we had to trust in the pin location. After departure we stopped in every place and a trip of two and a half hours maximum ended to be in a trip of 4 hours.

The driver was very nice, the entire team very helpful. But the drive was at least 2 hours longer than anticipated by the website. The air condition wasn’t really working, the entire drive was pretty bumpy.

Fast Check In and convenient Transportation! Prob due to early full booked Van we started 30 Mins earlier, but all participants where there so make sure to arrive at their office maximum 30 mins earlier. All in All I would book with them again!
