Kristina MThe bus was great, but the staff was really unfriendly.
We were sitting in the last row of the bus, behind us was the wall. There was a little bit of free space where in the beginning some boxes were stored. The bus attendant came to sleep on the floor in that space. He woked us up, by putting up our seats so that he could enter in that little space.
I understand that the staff also needs to sleep, but please organise a space for that in the bus. This doesn’t feel like a good service when someone is sleeping on the floor under your seat while you are in a comfortable coach.
Secondly when we were getting out of the bus the bus started to drive before we were able to pick out luggage from the luggage department. We took our luggages on the move and the bus drove away with the luggage department open. I don’t know what happened to the luggage of other passengers, but it’s most likely has fallen out of the vehicle on the move
Also no announcement where made in english.

Oskar KWe booked the luxury class from Koh Samui to Bangkok, however we didn’t get the advertised screen (no big deal). The seats were quite spacious and could recline. The backrest was on the shorter side though. The dinner was quite standard, but many options including vegetarian.

Alexander K2h late and having difficulty breathing inside the bus.
The ferry was on time. The bus was 45 minutes late. On top of that, we stayed way too long at the food-and-shopping stop. We reached Khao San after 10 pm.
We were unlucky to get the seats at the back of the bus, right next to the toilet. Since the door is not tight, it just smelled like crap all the time. I regretted having a nose.

Margot BIn Samui you’ll have someone giving you the ferry ticket approx. 30 min before the departure. If you wanna buy food or drinks before the night, do it in Samui : when you arrive at Surat Thani there’s directly a transfer before getting into the bus for the night (we waited for 20mim for the transfer to go because they wanted to make sure everyone was there, then 1h or so for the night bus to arrive). You cannot buy anything there.
Bus is like 25people, and you have a break around 0.30/1.00 for 30 min where you can buy drinks and food if you couldn’t at Surat Thani.
Still the best bus company for us for night travels.
