I was questioned by the van driver over my luggage size l. I was told I would have to pay to the bus company. The driver had no way of knowing the weight of my case or the size. At drop off. Felt the driver left too quick and I lost headphones on the bus.

The massage function didn‘t work at my seat. There were no snacks as was indicated when booking (I don‘t mind in general, but don‘t state it then). There is no practical difference between first and luxury booking, which is confusing and unfair to those who pay more. Bus was almost an hour late. Wifi was great!
