Yvonne PAccording to the voucher, the company should have got in contact with us a day before the trip, but they never did. There also wasn't anybody at the ferry port (unlike other operators), the boat just turned up - slightly late, so we were wondering if we'd been forgotten.
Communication was very bad as the drivers didn't speak English. When changing from the boat to the bus, it was unclear if you had to take your luggage along or they would transport it for you.
There were a couple of (very old) buses taking the passengers from the ferry port to a nearby changing station, but some people were left behind because they weren't sure what would happen to their luggage.
At the changing station, the only place serving drinks and food was owned by the company and quite expensive and not particularly good.
The rest of the trip on the bus to Bangkok was okay. I would not recommend this company though.

Heidi LIt was not a Minivan, it starts 30 minute to late an arrived 1 hore to lait, the destination was near by a gas station, in the middle of nowhere, not in the Nine Center Rama.

Gabriela PPretty seamless experience, 1 big suitbase + 1 carry-on + 1 bagpack, not a problem.
Just a bit chaotic when arriving at the Boonsiry ferry stop in Trat, as there is a bit of a waiting time before getting on the bus to Bangkok and it isn't clear how long the wait is until they call out to get on the bus

Alexandra IWe were supposed to be dropped off at Rama 9 but the driver wasn’t told he had to drop us off there so we were taken all the way the Khaosan Road. The driver was really apologetic but whoever gave him the information forgot to put where we were supposed to be dropped off. So then we had to arranged alternative transportation from Khaosan.
