The minibus collected us from our hotel about 20 minutes early. The seats themselves were relatively comfortable although the air conditioning was weak so the bus was quite warm. We arrived in Bangkok over an hour early, the bus made a couple of stops before arriving at the BTS/airport link. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this service.
