The driver picked us up from our hotel half an hour before departure time and we departed on time from the office. Van was very clean however the massage wasn’t working. We were dropped off at the bus station in Ninh Binh rather than Lapis Restaurant as stated on the booking (around the corner). The driver drove very safely.

The backseat I was in had absolutely no legroom and the seat didn’t recline at all. In fact it pushed me forward for a 2 hour ride.

A small car arrived instead of a van (or as advertised as limousine). It was overbooked and I couldn’t get in. They told me to wait 5mins for another car but it didn’t arrive. I have met few people that booked from same company for 13:10 and the car didn’t even arrive. Definitely not recommended this company.

Not the right pick location. More than 1,30 hour delay. Transport by limousine bus and not in Limousine 11 has sell. Driver speak on phone during the trip. Avoid this company trip.
