We waited at the transfer point for almost 2 hours. I couldnt check the maps comments before. When i read them, I recognised that most of people faced same problems. This bus firm is not equal to 12 Go quality as a service. I had a limited time in that day, and due to delay, I missed some points of my visiting places. And they cannot give me the time and missed experiences unfortunately.

The bus we got was very different from the one in the photo. Instead of a modern bus, we were given an old one. For a 2‑hour trip we had to change buses twice, so we actually travelled in three different buses. Communication was also very poor; nobody clearly explained what we were supposed to do or where to go. We had to figure everything out for ourselves. On the positive side, the bus was on time and we arrived safely.

They picked us up from a random street corner we were told to be at 30 mins early. Also we had to ask 3 different people for the address as it was never provided. They then stuck us in a small SUV which was NOT what we ordered. We drove in this for 40 mins before getting to the bus. Drove in the bus for 1 hour before they made us get off and stuck us in ANOTHER SUV. We booked a 2 hour bus ride… I would never book with this company.
