We were picked up in a dirty old van and drove around the French Quarter for nearly an hour trying to find passengers. After we had everyone, we drove to the outskirts of Hanoi and had to switch to an old bus. We drove for several hours and then we stopped and were told to move to another van , where we drove to final destination. We were an hour late. Communication was horrible, we had no idea what was going on. When you book you expect one 9 passengers luxury van for the whole drive. This was nothing like that at all. Very poor service.

A real danger! This driver should have his license taken away. He put us in danger for 2 hours on the Hanoi–Ninh Binh trip. Phone in hand while driving, zigzagging between lanes, speeding on the emergency lane, nonstop honking on the highway… We should have read the reviews. This company must be avoided at all costs. Driving in Vietnam is one thing, okay — but this was unreal and extremely dangerous

The driver did not show. We came early, waited until the scheduled departure time and then an extra 30 minutes. No one contacted us. When I tried to contact the hotline, the phone number wasn’t valid. 12go did not help either. When I requested a refund, they stopped answering.

A bit chaotic but arrived on time. A guy helped us into the bus and we drove through busy Hanoi to pickup people. Very comfortable drive, massage seats work if you want them. :)

The ride was pleasant, we waited 30 minutes for the ride but we were in contact on whatsapp with the driver and some from company. Inside Hanoi and Ninh Binh the shuttle buses to/from limousine are old vans but they are ok. Drivers are polite and drive well
