Unfriendly. Brusque instructions given such as don’t eat, otherwise no communication. for example, we were told to get off the limousine bus before the end of the journey and transferred to another minibus of lower quality. No-one had any idea what was going on on or why. Our driver was spitting and dropping rubbish on to the street.

They charge from a car to a van and they stop can’t nim bim in a carpal in nowhere lol. But if u book extra they put u in a new van to bring to to your hotel.

The whole issue was in Hanoi. There were no problems in Ninh Binh. First, on the way out of Hanoi, the driver was incredibly late, then he picked us up and transferred us to a minibus. After that, we were driven and transferred again. That's okay. On the way back, when we arrived in Hanoi, we weren't dropped off at the Opera House station as advertised. The manager who was there was rude to us and then abandoned us in an unknown location, even though he'd either put the other people on our trip in his car or called a taxi for them and waited for them. We ended up standing with him for half an hour and then called ourselves a taxi back for 80,000 dong.
