Not good at all. Very bad experience. We had to transfer to three vehicles by the time we reached Ninh Binh. We waited for a long time for the limosine which was the 2nd vehicle we were.asked to transfer to. The limosine and taxis were not clean or in good condition.

Pretty used car, but ok. The only thing was picking up people on the road which makes it 1hour longer trip. Also got stopped by police for about 20min. Overal it was ok 👍

the driver doesnt speak english, nobody for the company did. Also he tried to scam us to pay extra money for get a ride to our hotel. More expensive than just taking a grab. Also the destination is 15 mins away from the one stated on the ticket (nin bihn office). Nin bihn office was a 4 min walk to our hostel but we ended up having to take a grab there anyways.

Car was okay, journey was nice and driver made a stop for us too - they were running late which is understandable - as they collect several people from their hotels- we thought collection was from 1 location but were pleasantly surprised to learn they would collect us from our hotel - we waited maybe 20 mins over the expected time but the staff from the office came down on their bike to reassure us which was lovely.
