first bus was late and then we had to change buses twice. second bus didn’t even turn up, so we messaged them and they let us know the trip had been cancelled as it was full. so we were stranded in nam coc and had to get an expensive taxi all the way back to hanoi

We had to switch cars a few times. We had to wait a little too long. There is no explanation as to where we are going with each car.

We were sat waiting on the side of the road for our bus for 2 hours with little to no communication and were forced to change buses 3 times for a 2 hour journey, and when asked if we could receive any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, we were rudely ignored. Do not book with this company unless you want to experience pain anguish and suffering , which consequently leads to exhaustion, stress and depression- therefore missing out on nightly events occurring the night we were SUPPOSED to be arrive!

Driver arrived at least a half hour late for pickup and did not deliver us and the rest of the passengers to the drop off point we paid for although other vehicles (vans and buses) were delivering their passengers there.

The trip was fine, and the bus was clean and comfortable. I'll just point out that my bus was anticipated of more than an hour, and I was notified the night before (what if I was asleep?). Furthermore, the next day they texted me (presumably by mistake) about another trip with them, and when I asked for an explanation (because I really had another trip that day but with other company), they never responded.
