The first bus was great. However for a 1.5 hour trip (which coukd have been an hour) we changed from a luxury bus to an old bus at about 50 mins in.

I can not recommend this experience to anyone. I thought I was getting a transfer from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, which really shouldn't take more than two hours. What we got was an uncomfortable transfer to a random other location at the edge of Hanoi, where we had to wait for at least an hour for a second transfer to Ninh Binh. If you wanted to go to Tam Coc, there was a third transfer waiting for you. Please do not make the same mistake we did and take the taxi to an actual bus station instead of leaving from the opera house.

The vehicle barely had any space for luggage. Although we were carrying small bags there still wasn't any place to store them. The vehicle hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional.

It ran about 2 hours late they use a hub system ( an unmarked car)from the airport to a place downtown to get a van. We waited a long time for others to join us.No communication as what we were doing . On pickup no communication until 5 min before departure asking weee i was. If they sent me a msg earlier confirming where they would like to meet that would be of been helpful. The location on the pdf was not precise enough.

I used the services for a transfer from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ninh Binh and proved very professional, on time. My homestay was quite secluded and the driver went out of his way to find it and drop me there. They were super on time despite Hanoi was mental due to rain. I will definitely use them again.
