I am usually very simple person, but this bus was very much not a VIP. Bus was not as the pictures, we got a old one. Seat was broke. Air condition was broke so it blowed so much air and it was sooo cold, they dont give extra blankets. They give water and some snacks. They also give ticket to eat at the stop but nobody tells you that you can change your ticket for things at the store, you can choose for up to 40bath per ticket . The stop was at aprox. 1.30 am and they just pushed us in to "the restaurant" and took our tickets without letting us decide if we wanted to eat... please dont do that . Just go directly to the store and change your ticket for some drink och snacks. Fortunatelly we talked us out and got our tickets back.... Luckely I had hoodie and extra towel so I could keep warm and slept quite ok a few hours . Maybe I got unlucky with the broken seat :) bus was on time which we appreciate 👍

We left and arrived on time. I couldn't get any significant sleep other than short snoozes. There was a lot of rattling in the bus and the fast driving style limited the comfort. The toilet was very old and smelly. The ticket included a voucher for a hot meal at the rest stop.

The lady that took care of us on the bus was really sweet and friendly. The bus was on time and the trip was experienced in a safely and relaxed manner, because almost everybody was asleep in the bus. I couldn't get much sleep because of the air conditioning, but that's my own fault, I didn't bring a sweater.. Warning: You cannot charge your phone on the bus. So, all in all good experience..
