Around 7 hours into the trip we were told we has to change to another bus. The other bus dropped us off in Sukhotai New Town, even though we were told we would be dropped off in Old Town, which are 13km apart. But the bus operator was really kind, and we got free water and biscuits.

Comfortable bus even with the limited recliner action on the seats and the fact the leg part of the recline did not work on my seat, and good service with snacks and drinks provided. We had the back seats which had plenty of leg room. At the rest stop, you are entitled to a snack or drink to the value of 25 baht, but we didn’t find this out until it was too late and the bus was about to leave as the announcement when you reach the rest stop is entirely in Thai and this information is not given elsewhere. As the reviews say, this bus arrives in Sukhothai at around 4am, not the time stated in the booking. Luckily, Sukhothai bus station is well-equipped with nice, clean toilets and benches big enough to sleep on, so this wasn’t too much of an issue for us as we were aware and they seem to be very used to people spending a few hours there.

Departure on time. Nice snacks and water. Super useful blanket and nice distribution of the people: almost all of us had the side sit available. Anyway, ad the reviews told, arrival 3 Hours before (4.30 am) Leaving the people in the middle of the night. Please, update the arrival time to let everybody plan with the relative hotel/hostel how to manage an arrival in the middle of the night.

The pdf with tickets had everything necessary to find the bus. Nice service, air condicationed and spacious bus. We got a water and a snack (only minus point is that it was a McDonalds with no alternative options for vegetarians). Departure and arrival on time.
