Navin FWe arrived at 6:45am for the minibus leaving at 7.30am. They said check-in counter 18, which was closed until 5pm as stated on the shield in front of the counter. Then we went to another counter, which guided us to the bus platform. After talking to multiple drivers, we were finally at the right bus gate, which was the same as on the leaving instructions of the online ticket (gate 8). At 7.30am the minibus arrived, but we had to wait for another 30min, then we could finally board. Already 30min late, then we had to wait for another 30min, because some people havent arrived yet, who had a booking. At 8.30 it was time to leave, 1 hour late :). Not even 10min in the minibus, we had to show our tickets again, because some lady on the phone was calling to confirm the tickets again. Apparently, we had to check-in at the counter, which was closed. So she gave us the choice to pay for the ticket again or we had to leave the bus. Nobody in the bus could understand this decision, and all of them tried to help us, even the driver felt bad, later he told us that this happend many times before and mostly to foreigners. We then decided to get out of the bus, because we were unwilling to pay for another ticket and got a taxi instead to koh samet. Very poor experience, first and last time I will book a bus with KKP transport.

Mi PAffordable, nice travel during trip. I found a bit difficult communication with staff of bus company in Bkk but, finally sorted out. Drivers are supportive to passengers. The worst experience is that one passenger brings in durian and all feels suffocated. It should be banned bringing durian inside the car.

Tamsin RComfortable coach with air-conditioning seats reclined, toilet on board, offered a bottle of water on the way they also stopped to buy a McDonald’s chicken sandwich for everybody which I didn’t eat, cause I’m veggie but gave it to my neighbour. Took approximately from 7:10 to 10:35 ish. Pleasant friendly staff too

Steven SThe pick up took long, as the driver came quite late (+ 30 minutes) and phoning the service desk didn’t work, only WhatsApp helped. As we were with a one year old, this waiting time and insecurity about whether we were going to be picked up was not good. After the pick up, though, everything was fine, the driver was nice and a good driver and he also apologized for being late, so no big problem all in all.

Gustaaf MTraveling by minibus is not comfortable. The seat backs are not adjustable, and legroom is very limited. Always avoid seats 7A and 7C, as they are positioned on top of the wheel arches, preventing your feet from getting under the seat!

Jean SA travel that lasted 45mn more than announced. A delay partly explained by more reserved seats than maximum available in the minibus leading to one of us travelling without his own seat and, apparently, one or two other passengers unable to get in.
