The bus driver on our VIP bus from Bangkok to Chumphon was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also, the toilets on board were in a completely unacceptable condition, very dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before the journey.

Very comfortable vehicle (we had a VIP minibus); the seats transform into beds, and we slept all the way. Also, a blanket, a small snack, and water are included. Excellent passenger management at Chumpon pier.
