Very unorganized. No one tell you that is not only ferry, is 9 hours of a very unconfortable bus. It was aweful. He drived so bad, woke me up every 5minutes with speed turns or stopping. All the moving at 6 am and wait 2 hours for the ferry. Very bad

They were very efficient and their system worked well. The bus had one stop on the way down to the boat and had a toilet on board, good aircon, having more room between me and the seat I front would have been nice but otherwise an efficient journey

Check in at Lomprayah Bangkok (Khaosan Road) the buss was comfortable (decent toilet considering it’s on a buss) and I would have slept the entire way there is they didn’t make a 30min stop turning on all the lights and waking us up, so do bring a really good sleep mask and earplugs because that stop was completely useless. We arrived at the ferry terminal and had time to eat and even take a quick shower. No complaints about the ferry!
