Mario DThe airconditioning in the bus was too cold. You couldn't turn it of completely or sent it the other direction. I had to wear a shirt, a shirt with long sleeves and a sweater. There weren't any stops neither..they didn't inform us about any stops.
Also the point of departure was not clear, the cabdriver didn't knew where to drop me exactly. So I had to walk and search for 50 meters with all my lugage.

Sarah SGreat check-in.
Reliable and very friendly staff.
We take our hats off to them for all their hard work.
Whether on the boat or during the long bus journey.
The organisation was brilliant too.

Paula WI took the nighttravel option to Kho Phangan and it was great, we arrived on point and the bus as well as the ferry was very comfortable.
You can really be chillin there but I heard the ferryride can also be uncomfortable if the weather is stormy so maybe look out for that if you’re sensitive.

Markus AEverything was superbly organized and punctual. They even paid attention to the temperature on the bus, which was very pleasant. The only downside was that the pictures of the seats weren't entirely accurate. I'm 1.78m tall (average European height) and had very little legroom. But that's the only thing to complain about. Food and water were even provided. The team was very friendly and I felt well looked after.

Michael VThe information mail with ticket is a little confusing about what to do on the terminal station. The 2nd floor was closed. It would be sufficient to just write that you should look for the gate number based on the given train number.
There is no announcement in the train, so use an alarm clock and watch you location on gps maps.

Kerrie CGreat well organised service! I would say for a true VIP experience I would have liked bigger seats with access to the USB charger, the gap was too small to get my hand in to charge my device and it felt a little cramped. I was not able to sleep on this service! I would choose this service every time if the seats were bigger….
