The bus was exceptionally comfortable, and I would recommend to anyone who is fearing a long bus ride, because this is the most comfortable bus that there is! My recommendation is make sure you leave extra early for the bus time, because my partner and I had trouble with theta I there who went to the wrong location, and made us 10 minutes late. When we arrived, the bus had gone, but the TravelBusAsia representatives were amazing and got us a car to race to the bus stop where they had to stop… very embarrassing to us, but we are extremely amazed by TravelBusAsia and their staff… we want to thank them whole heartedly for helping us to arrive to our destination, even when things become unlucky, they are the lucky charm. .3870271304344E+24;️

We took the express bus and ferry from Bangkok to koh phangan, the bus was confortable for us, not the best but it's was ok, departure was at 7 pm, the first stop was at midnight for 30 mins, there was toilet on the bus. We arrived at Surat Thani at 6am, another bus took us to the pier for about 2 hours, and after direct ferry to koh phangan without a stop for about 3h we were at Koh Phangan pier at about 11am.

The trip startet in Bangkok not at 18.00h but at 17.00h because it started at the southern bus terminal, but we first had to go to an office near Khaosan road. The bus was good standard but far too cold!!!!

I’ve travelled this route many times and this is first time a company explained how the trip will go, how many stops we will make, what time the rest stop will be, and what time our respective ferries will be once we get the pier. The staff were so lovely and they even had vegan meal options (which never happens). Hands down this is the best bus service experience I’ve ever had in Thailand

Honestly really good and well organized. Office was clean and comfortable for the wait, bus wasn’t too cold compared to other companies and the blanket they gave us smelt really good and clean. The food was a nice added bonus. Everything was clear, worth the price.
