The driver didn't come into the hotel lobby so we had to lug all our own cases with a child. I also saw the driver rolling social media whilst driving on the motorway. I could actually feel the car swerving which is why I looked to see what he was doing. Very dangerous, and completely unacceptable especially with a child in the car.

Pleasant Ride and friendly Driver. Water was provided on Board and we had a Break at a Point where additional food/snack/Drink purchases were possible. Driver was earlier than expected but did go out of his way to find me.

We booked the night before required and it was confirmed quickly. In the morning, we couldn't find the driver and called support, they were very fast to respond and turned out the driver had been waiting half an hour before schedule, we just did not spot each other. He was very polite and kind also. Vehicle was new, very nice, spacious and comfortable.
