The transfer from one bus to another was very quick and the employe didn't explain well who had to change the bus and who not. My luggage has been transferred to the wrong second bus. They did all their best to find it, they eventually did, we stopped another place to take my luggage. No sticker is put one your luggage, so I would recommand to write on it by yourself the final destination you want to reach in order it is not lost.

The first bus from Bangkok to Surat Thank was great but the second one to Khao Lak was not that comfortable and it was a bit confusing with the stops.

Getting on the bus was a little stressful. We were under the impression it was one bus all the way there. We were awoken at dawn, and told we had to change buses. Again that was a little stressful & confusing, we were eventually put on a mini bus and taken to a government bus. After 16 and a half hours we reached our destination!

The first bus from Bangkok to Surat Thani broke down, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a replacement bus. The replacement bus was very pleasant, offering plenty of legroom and comfort. In Surat Thani, we had to change to another bus to get to Khao Lak — and to put it mildly, that one was an absolute ordeal: rusty, cramped, poorly sprung, and water was dripping from the lamp covers above us... But in the end, we did arrive — unfortunately completely exhausted.

KrungSiam is the best! Seats are so comfort and almost recline flat. I slept for most of the 10hr trip to Surat Thani. Unfortunately my USB port wasn't working so I couldn't charge my phone

We really enjoyed sitting at the front of the bus with legroom. Thank you so much to the lovely server who always announced things in English to us and checked on us frequently. The snacks and drinks were delicious, as were the food court dinner meals
