Vehicle make several stops to pick up and drop off on the way to Final destination. Desk attendant said there was no 12pm shuttle, and we would have to wait until 1 maybe 2pm.. But they found us at 1145 and boarded us on a shuttle that left st 1215. I assume they sold enough tickets to run the 12pm shuttle.

Bus stop was easy to find and the coach left on time. There was air con and the seats were comfortable for the long trip.

Thanks to instructions provided, it was easy enough to navigate finding the ticket counter and our bus. Important to note however that you need to get a taxi to the bus terminal, you can't take the BTS or Metro and walk as there is a highway in the way.

We left on time and the staff were really helpful in letting us know where to go and what bus we were on. We arrived early to kanchanaburi, taking 2h instead of the original 2h50. If you’d like to go to erewan national park there’s 1 and hour and costs 60 baht one way. It’s really easy to find the bus, it’s blue and will say erewan on it. You can buy the bus ticket there.
