The journey time was 13:00 - 14:45 arrival. Instead it arrived an hour later at 15:45. There were no traffic delays on the journey so it was down to slower driving or avoiding using toll roads. The impact was that I could not see everything I planned for on the day trip. The bus was comfortable with good air conditioning. A brief stop at a service station midway for a toilet break for 5m.

It was written 9:00 a.m on our ticket, we have leaved at…11:30! The lady wasn’t friendly at all and the priority is clearly for thaï people before the foreigners, even if they have payed their tickets!

What I told the driver about my destination, he kindly dropped me off at the BTS station saying that is a right train which I should get on. I saved a lot of money because in Bangkok, it cost a lot from the terminal bus station to the center of the city because I have to take a taxi. I’m very satisfied with his kindness.

The van was just to the departure bus terminal where we've been put in a standard public bus. So in the end paying twice more than what we should.
