The bus driver didn't want to listen to what I wanted, I had to go through a passenger who agreed to help me. The driver dropped me off in the middle of nowhere without explanation. Fortunately, the passenger who helped me explained that I had to take another bus to get to my destination. This was annoying and exhausting.

We had a great trip, thank you very much. Two minor notes. The windows on one of the buses had sticky foil, so we couldn't look outside The reservation of chairs is not really used, not sure, how useful it is.

They waited about 10-15 minutes after departure for people to board. There was good AC but if the coach is full it's a little bit of a tight space. Maybe that's because I had a bag I had to keep in my lap though (isn't really space on the ground to put your bag or leg room, but overhead space instead. I couldn't reach it though)
