Super safe ride for women travelling alone. Bus is on time they give you food. There is halt of 20 minutes midnight where you can eat. The washrooms facility makes the journey even better.

He arrived right on time. The driver was very polite, friendly, and a true gentleman. The car was spotless. He drove us for 9 hours at a very good speed. I congratulate him; he's a skilled driver.

The air conditioning vents couldn't be closed. Communication was nonexistent; it's a shame that even simple communication wasn't possible. Otherwise, it was okay.

The bus turned up and arrived on time. The seats were reasonably comfortable with recline and footrest options. Leg space was good. A bottle of water and some snacks were provided. Unfortunately, the hostess had a really bad attitude. She was blunt and rude in evefy interaction. Three hours into the trip she made me move from the seat I'd preselected to a worse seat with limited widow view and a three year old sat behind kicking the back of my seat. No explanation was provided and my original seat remained empty for the rest of the journey. It takes the best part of 11 hours to get to Chiang Mai and the last thing you need is someone like this hostess making the journey more stressful. I wouldn't use this company again due to her attitude.

The seats were very uncomfortable, the air conditioning broken so it was too icy and we got ill. Water and snack was okay. the stuff also but not so friendly as usually. No additional blanket although the bad condition of the bus was their responsibility.

Got welcomed with clean blankets, a bottle of water and snacks. Seats were spacious enough to rest properly for the night. Around the middle of the trip there was a break long enough for toilet and we had a voucher for a free meal. Would have been perfect with wifi connection, still would take it again!
