My user experience with the app was good. It took me a while to learn it, it's a new way of dealing with public transportation. The experience at the airport was very difficult and challenging in terms of the internet there. I probably fell into a bad connection that caused my phone to close and disconnect, and it also took me a long time to connect with my computer. So for the first two hours I had to literally fumble in the dark about the location of the flight desk. Once the location was found, everything went quickly and with impressive efficiency. And so was from the moment I arrived in Chiang Mai; Because the phone didn't work, I ordered a taxi from the airport at a taxi stand, which cost me more than usual, but I met a good man there who offered to help, and a nice taxi driver who brought me to the hotel. Here in Chiang Mai, I haven't used the Grab app yet, but my experience shows that it's good, so as soon as I need it, I'll use it again.
