Left 1 hour late, arrived 2,5 hours late. Stops for personal arrands of staff (4 times during the trip). Bathroom stop halfway 20 minutes good, but dirty (bad smell, wet). Toilet of bus is NASTY, smell all over the bus... Can not turn off airconditioning in seats. Reclining of seats is good. Unfriendly staff. Too exspensive for this bad of a busride!!!

We had a problem: we'd left a mobile phone in a taxi and there was very little time left before the train departed. The entire security staff worked together, contacted the taxi driver, and managed to get us on board as the last passengers and retrieve our phone. Everyone was incredibly welcoming! And in the morning, there was a fantastic breakfast. It was an exciting and truly wonderful experience.

Staff was rude and overwhelmed. They obliged me to sit at a different, less comfortable seat on a different bus. Not worth the price.

We were sat at the back of the bus, where the seats don’t recline, so we ended up sleeping on the floor, as the seats were not comfortable at all.

We had booked a Super VIP bus that was nice, but much more expensive than the regular ticket. The ticket price was 780 baht, and we paid 1,400 baht per ticket. That is a very large price difference. On the way back from Chiang Mai, we were given a significantly worse bus, and when we pointed this out, the bus company referred us back to the booking company. That is poor service.

The bus was comfortable except it was super cold in the bus and we were freezing the whole trip.

Such chaos on boarding that it was difficult to be sure to be in the right place... no one checked my ticket before departure and no company name registration on the bus. Fortunately we were several French, and at least checked our common destination 😅 on the bus everything went well, but no communication in English.
