It was comfy and cool but we definitely could’ve done with a stop or two so we could use the toilet.

First of all, it is not a VIP bus. I bought it as VIP 2+1. Unfortunately, the bus is retrofitted to 2+1 from original 2+2. Nothing close to original 2+1 bus. Seats looks like fabricated and luck the comfort. Driver and assistant are not Service minded. It is alright they can't speak English but they don't have to shout to passenger. For return trip I already booked Sombat tour 1+1 at the terminal and make sure that it has massage chair. Not recommend this Sritawong tour as other alternative are way better. If you are in urgent and has to move from point A to B and ready to sacrify the comfort, then this is the one.
