Bangkok to Chiang Mai Destination Reviews

PD
Exceptionally cold. I booked super VIP. This was not super vip. Please refund.

Not the best experience. The seats themselves were okay. The ac was not as strong as I would have liked, the usb chargers didn’t work, the cup holder was broken, anytime somebody went into the bathroom the whole bus smelled like urine, and there were a looot of random stops. But only one stop where you could get off, use a real bathroom, and get food. We arrived an hour early! That was great. But overall, I’m flying next time or taking the train.

Comfortable seats, good drivers. Even when you get the night bus, the bus stops for meals. We got the 9.30pm bus and we stopped at 1am for a meal which is included if you feel hungry. Blankets which are provided are needed as the AC will be on.

One of the drivers was really considerate and helpful and the other was brash and rude. I found him to be incredibly dismissive and unhelpful.

Its way more better, if we have options to select our bed position (upper or lower) in train. Otherwise overall experience is good.
