1. According to the information on the ticket, the meeting point is simply listed as “Meeting point Ao Nang.” There are no additional details about the area, street, or any specific location. How can a transportation company provide such a vague meeting point? 2. There is no information that the trip involves four transfers. The transfer on Koh Lanta island is complete chaos. 3. The boats are overloaded, with far too many passengers. Safety regulations are not followed at all!

The van from Ao Nang beaches to Park Meng pier was great and the long tail boat driver was very safe he decided to go back to the pier after several minutes on the sea as too many waves and wind. A speed boat brought us to Koh Ngai. Arrival at Koh Ngai was very rough but funny !
