Van & bus were very late and we had poor seats even we were early but did not get to choose by ourselves. We didn’t get any snacks or water which were promised and the bus smelled like cigarette and urine.

The minivan från Ao Nang to Surat Thani for 3 hours was awful. Warm and little space. The ride from Surat Thani to Hua hin was great!

Van was cramped and overloaded with luggage. I was picked up at Ao Nang office on time , then took one hour going to several hotels to pick up. All passengers should meet a ONE location ! Transfer to coach was fine and journey to Hua Hin was ok .
