The bus was 3/4 of an hour late, there was no explanation from anyone. It ended up being an hour late arriving at Donsak and there was no toilet stops. The driver was using his mobile to receive calls and scroll through messages while driving.

Bus left and arrived an hour late. Pick up said 10 and after half an hour I messaged the company to ask where it was, was told pick up is 10-11 as they have other people to collect. Bus arrived just before 11 completely empty. They know that people are getting the 3pm ferry and therefore have no sense of urgency. Staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful however. AC was terrible we were sweating for the whole 3 hours so it was quite uncomfortable.

The taxidriver scammed us! We had a nice taxidriver who transported us from Ao Nang to Donsak pier. We still needed to book Ferry tickets to Koh Samui and he was kind enough to help us. When we arrived he got us the tickets, but unfortunately let us pay double of the real ticket price. We had to hurry because of the ferry leaving, so we didn’t notice it until we were on the ferry. We’re really disappointed in Ramon Transport. When you book something and they offer to help, but then charge to much, it’s not fair and leaves a bad memory.
