Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided today. My ferry from Koh Phangan (scheduled for 14:00) suffered a severe delay of over 1.5 hours. Because of this unexpected delay, I missed my connecting 17:00 ferry from Donsak to Koh Samui. This situation has caused major inconvenience and distress, forcing me to rearrange my travel plans at the last minute while my family was waiting for me in Samui. Very disappointing experience. The seats on the boat were dirty, the check-in process was chaotic and poorly organized, and the toilets were also very dirty. Overall, the boat did not feel clean or well maintained.

Went with this ferry as the terminal was closest to the Koh Samui airport and arrived closest to our accomodations on Koh Phangan. Ferry left on-time and was very fast by speedboat. Felt safe and well-organized!

The only reason for the poor score was because the boat was overbooked and many of us passengers (maybe 40) didn’t have seats to sit on and had to stand in the isles for the duration of the journey.

Never received confirmation of tickets but luckily the ticket office accepted the receipt from 12Go. The boat was 30 minutes late which seems to be normal practice here
