Booked a direct connection and had to switch busses midway. The bus was half an hour late. At the pickup location wasnt any info and no stuff to help us out. Nor did we get information on the delay. After getting picked up we then stoped 4 times and had to wait multiple minutes each stop for more people getting on the bus. This was not as described - as we booked a direct no stop trip. Over all it took us close to four hours instead of the noted 1.5h. Overall bad experience, bad communication/information. Would not book again

Very disappointing. The pick up and drop off were not at the points sent through to us on confirmation. We were out on a big bus then we had booked onto an eleven seater. The aircon was not very good. The chargers didn’t work. We also stopped for over half an hour which made us a lot later than stated. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for and when I pointed this out to the person who WhatsApped me 20 minutes before departure with the new pickup location I was told that we had used the service, so that was that, even though we didn’t get what we paid for! Don’t use if you can help it.

The bus was way too late from the beginning. Then we waited for two people on the highway to get picked up by another bus, because they were on the wrong one. After that we waited for 5 orher peoble who arrived in a grab car on the highway to join the ride. Nobody explained what was happening it all. Overall we waited for more than one hour and the whole ride took nearly 4 hours. In the end the destination was completly different from what was stated our ticket. When we asked, we were offered to get dropped off on the highway. We choose that and had to call a grab car for a 25 min drive to get to the destination we actually booked. Overall it would have been a better experience if the trip would have been spontaniously cancelled. So sadly ZERO stars.

I went from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. The drive was quick. The people who worked for the company were quite unfriendly. The driver drove very fast and risky so the ride was not very pleasant.

We got a WhatsApp whilst we were walking to the meeting point listed on the confirmation, which we didn’t see until we had arrived at the meeting point which told us the bus was departing from a different place. There were a few of us at the meeting point but the bus wouldn’t come to pick us up. We also travelled on a different bus (which was fine), but we were dropped off in a different spot. We left late and arrived late.

Unfortunately the bus came late so we were stood on a busy street corner for well over an hour. Also the driver tried to through a passenger off even though she had a valid ticket as it was overbooked. She and I ended up sitting in the front seat with the driver sharing one seatbelt, as i wasn’t going to leave her stranded on the street. So wasn’t overly comfortable.
