We waited an hour for ekstra passengers, without the driver told us why we were waiting. He just kept saying “10 minutes, 10 minutes”, when we asked when we left.

Communication was excellent. We even were taken from our Hotel in Hanoi to our home stay in nihn bihn, no extra cost. Therefore however the departure and arrival time can differ as multiple stops have to be considered with multiple people going. But the communication is really quick and not a hussle at all. We even booked the way back again because we were really satisfied and can absolutely recommend!

Comfortable bus, arrived early and there wasn't any pressure feeling rushed. The bus was clean and spacious. No assigned seating so arrive early if you're a couple or family. It would be 5 stars but they did an unnecessary stop 15 minutes from the destination at one of the local arts stores/rest areas. This is very common as the driver receives a kickback. But never the less, a forced "please buy something" stop.

Front middle seat with zero leg room. Simple seat belt (no three point), with a broken clip. I tied it into a knot for basic safety. 20 mins late without comms saying so (we had a WhatsApp chat)

We reserved for 2pm but we received a message saying they would pick us up at 12pm but when we arrived they said that we needed to wait until 2pm. Eventually we left a 1pm but we ended up waiting in the agency for 1hour instead of visiting hanoi, we asked for a discount but nothing.
