Uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately I had someone sitting next to me who obviously ate stuff which forced him to fart all the drive. The bus staff were not too much interested in being friendly or helpful. Possibly we just had bad luck.

Travelled from Bangkok to Surat Thani. Very easy once I spoke to the “Information “ desk on the top floor. They were able to direct me to the right window to get my ticket and bus platform departure information. It was a good experience. It gets chilly on the bus, but they provide blankets. The Hub hotel is right next to bus station in Surat Thani. Cheaper to book in person at hotel than online. Very good experience/good quality service. Thank you!🙏

Trip was great and very easy. Make sure that you leave plenty of time when collecting tickets as the ticket booth is not the easiest to find. (inside and upstairs!) The journey was easy and fine, the food in the middle of the journey was good. My partner and I slept most of the trip so the seats must have been comfy enough!
