Bus on time leaving just after 8pm. Lights turned out at 10pm. Lights turned back on at 11pm for food stop - i have no idea why they didn't leave them on until after the food stop. All announcements in Thai only, luckily I had met a nice lady who helped me. Bus ticket is worth 30 baht to spend on food or drink at the food stop. Seats weren't great but OK. Recline was good but my husbands foot rest did not stay up. Temperature was OK and we were given water, juice and crisps and a bun in the morning (tasted like a jaffa cake!).

The bus was a little too cold! You need full length, comfortable clothes and a neck support. There is no headrest or neck support on the seat but they are spacious.

Spacious and was given food during the long journey which was nice. Air conditioning was very strong, so I was quite cold and the seat doesn't fully recline which can be a little uncomfortable for such a long trip.

Great experience. It was ok to sleep on the bus. But the chairs are not perfectly comfortable. The staff, the dinner stop, and the timing/schedule are on point.
