You book a time online, then pay, then get a message that bus/time is full. Then next time, book to airport, pay, only to be told the bus we booked doesn't go to airport. Better real time booking system required

They were very responsive and helpful, they provided airport transfer and the bus was very comfortable and nice driver. Stopped for food and washroom break. I highly recommend this company.

We left on time and journey was very good. I gave my hotel final destination and has been dropped there 😍

The driver took a very long break after an hour, and then he drove very fast; it was reckless. An Italian gentleman even shouted "slow down, slow down!" to him, and he added, speaking of the driver in English, "he's crazy." Then we arrived in Vung Tau. The driver dropped off a woman who had been sitting next to him, then stopped at another place to drop off three more people. Then he stopped and told us to get off... but I had been following the route on Google Maps from the beginning, and we were very, very far from our hotel... I gave him my phone so he could see where our hotel was. I thought he understood. He dropped off the Italian gentleman... and then it was just us left on the bus. I was still following the route on Google Maps, and then I saw that he was heading in the opposite direction from our hotel... I went back to him and showed him my phone... we must have been 4 or 5 minutes away by car from our hotel... he refused to take us there and dropped us off at the agency... We wasted so much time at the agency because the receptionist said that the driver had stopped at our hotel but that we hadn't wanted to get out... ridiculous! If he dropped us off near our hotel, why wouldn't we get out? Then she told me it was because I gave her colleague in Ho Chi Minh City the wrong address... That's false, because in Ho Chi Minh City, I gave her my phone number with the Booking.com reservation... and I only had one hotel booked in Vung Tau... no mistake possible: I must have given the correct address... After half an hour, another driver picked us up and dropped us off near our hotel... this driver was older and drove very well; he was friendly and polite. It's because of him that I gave two stars in the rating; otherwise, for the first trip and for the agency in Vung Tau, I would have given a very bad rating.

Excellent service. I arrived at check in early and they put me on the early bus. Got dropped at the hotel. I will use this service again.

Great staff, polite and efficient. Took me directly to my hotel is Van Taug too. WiFi on the bus, air con and free water. Great experience!
