Spent three months in SE Asia and this is the best bus journey we’ve been on so far. Very comfy, sensible driving, journey was explained when we got on the bus including when we’d be stopping and for how long. Same goes for at the border, they charge a little more for processing the visas altogether for you, but it was such a smooth process we were happy to pay $5ish extra. Just be aware that it will not be 6hrs altogether as I think it says on website, this does not account for the stops and border crossing.

The bus ran to time and the staff's explanation of each step of the border process was clear, meaning there were no issues, even when other travellers did not have the correct visas. The staff fixed this and after only a short delay everyone was back on the bus.

Honestly couldnt fault this trip at all! Staff was so good at keeping us informed about what was happening, when we stop etc. will definitely use giant ibis again whenever i get the chance :)

Bus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call).
The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker.
They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia.
I recommande this company!

Amazing Bus & great organisation.
Driving style was a bit aggressiv and they took 10$ more for cambodian visa, which is very sad.
But as everything went super well it’s okay…

The AC wasn't really working , so it was a very hot and stuffy ride. They took our passports, and didn't seem to want to be asked questions. We got to Phnom Penh safe, but it definitely was a 3 star experience.
