Carmen L巴士很舒适，工作人员非常乐于助人。签证流程很有趣但很简单。基本上，你把护照和钱交给巴士工作人员，他们会在边境帮你办理签证。我们有点紧张，因为我们没有马上拿回护照，但我们最终在柬埔寨那边停下来吃晚饭时拿回了护照。免费晚餐是这次旅行的一大亮点。

Madeline 很棒的旅程。巴士很大，只有我们 8 个人。腿部空间很大，当我们收到一份零食和一罐拿铁时，我们非常惊讶。座椅很舒服，倾斜度也很好。车程不太颠簸，我们休息得很好。价格很划算，他们在办理签证方面非常有帮助，在边境一点时间都没有！

Jacob LExcellent service, bus left on time and was comfortable. Passports given over to the assistants when on the bus itself, who spoke good English and then helped with a smooth border crossing into Cambodia. Cold water bottles handed out at the start, and we’re quickly served a complimentary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Decent lunch included at a roadside cafe after the border, and the journey took as long advertised. Would travel again with this company.

Thomas The bus ran to time and the staff's explanation of each step of the border process was clear, meaning there were no issues, even when other travellers did not have the correct visas. The staff fixed this and after only a short delay everyone was back on the bus.

Lewis WHonestly couldnt fault this trip at all! Staff was so good at keeping us informed about what was happening, when we stop etc. will definitely use giant ibis again whenever i get the chance :)
